Your Information is Yours. 

• We never sell it.
• We never share it (you can).
• This applies to any genetic data or bio-samples we process for you. 
• This also applies to any data you share on this website. 
• This also applies to the EDNA app where it is under EDNA control.
• Once your DNA is under control of the EDNA app, all of our internal records identifying you are deleted  (We do retain your fictional "app account name" and date of registration for support reasons).  

Return and Refund policy:

• We can not accept returns of sample collection kits.
• Refunds will be processed if collection kits have not yet shipped (typically 3 days).

IMPORTANT NOTE

Misrepresenting yourself in a research study can have serious ethical and legal implications, but whether it constitutes a crime depends on the circumstances and the jurisdiction. Legal consequences might arise if the misrepresentation leads to harm, such as physical injury or significant financial loss, or if the study involves government funding or sensitive information. In such cases, charges like fraud could potentially be considered. You could even be responsible for killing someone. Please don't do this. When creating an agreement between you and a researcher, you might be asked to self-identify on topics like your age, where you live, any health problems or a host of other things. Please answer truthfully even if the money being offered is tempting.
