• This also applies to the EDNA app where it is under our control and not controlled by your electronic device.

Return and Refund policy:

• We can not accept returns of sample collection kits.
• Refunds will be processed if collection kits have not yet shipped (typically 3 days).

• You understand genetic sequencing is imperfect science, and that EDNA will do our best to deliver the very best product we can.
• You agree to hold us harmless for any technical errors in your product(s).
• You agree to never act on your DNA information without first seeking professional medical guidance.
